Triathlete Allan Hovda, several time Norseman winner did a solo 24h ride some days ago.
Total distance 885k, 550m.
The conditions were not ideal. Lots of rain.

That is seriously awesome given the outdoor venue and weather conditions..I've been checking out a lot of the road Ultra-cycling blogs,vlogs and videos lately as I become more of a bikepacking geek..I hope they have a video or two documenting the effort.

i saw this on all of his posts on instagram. my fav pic posted of one of him looking like a dead man laying on the ground afterwards with what im guessing is two of his boys staring down at him.

really cool personal event / achievement.

That's nuts to average that speed for that long. It's not like Norway is flat and if it was that would still be impressive.
