Best resources to learn how to swim all strokes
Quote | Reply
I am an improving AOS. My freestyle certainly isn't "good," but it's far better than my back/breast/fly. Any suggestions for books/websites/youtube channels to really learn the fundamentals of the other strokes?

Phelx Swim has a good channel. The Race Club is another one that is really good.
... Swimswam has their Practice & Pancakes series that shows some good sets, some might be a bit advanced but some can be scaled.

I track my swims with Phelx.

My main set today...

The first and best resource would be an experienced swim coach and swim daily on a team. Then weekly one on one sessions with coach.

In terms of online resources, it would be:

GoSwim.Tv, The Race Club

ASCA archives
Swimming World archives

Swimming Fastest
Swim Coaching Bible Vol 1 & 2

There are a few others but they are very specific.

Hope this helps,

Tim
