and was promptly defrauded a few thousand USD due to my own gullibility
The classic way that a scam works is not by promising something outrageously good, as that would be an obvious tell. It promises something that just about straddles the realm of possibility to make one think one is getting a good deal.
This thread is on the first page of google results when one searches for the name of the shop. Also, it claims to be a Felt dealer, but Felt doesn't have operations outside of Europe and North America. Cervelo lists 12 dealers in Singapore; guess where this site shows up?

I ran across them today, definitely too good to be true. Also, it looks like they're just using R&A Cycles inventory and whacking 35%+ off the price.

Wow, good to know. Almost ordered a Pinarello for my wife because they seemed to be the only ones with entry level models in stock
