Today my Garmin 520 fell out of favor. The device is paired to my I Phone. The Connect App says it’s not paired. Sunday it worked fine. Today it doesn’t. Garmin Support did not help. All of their suggested fixes got me back to the exact same place. Anyone have this problem that can help with a solution.

I had the same issue a while ago, you have to use the Garmin Connect App on the phone - not the phone's native Bluetooth connection. The Garmin UI is not intuitive at all, I had to get my wife (smart cookie she is) to see what I was doing wrong. I can't tell you what I didn't do but she fixed it in about 5 seconds.
