H2 power cord
Understand its covid times but Saris customer service is terrible right now. Second H2 power cord in 17 months went bad. Placed an order for # 3 14 days ago. Still no response about stock, shipping etc.
Anyone know of an after market power cord that would work? I tried this when my first one went bad and ordered what I thought would work but it did not.
Appreciate it.

Mine went last week.

The plug wasn't making a solid connection, so I cut it off and soldered replacements from Amazon on. They're 90deg, which is nice to keep it out of the way. $8 (for 2 plugs) and 10 minutes worth of work to keep the parts out of the landfill.
