What does rolling balls mean? I looked it up...can't quite tell. Also there's only one photo with Melania in it as far as I can tell.

It means being high on ecstacy (as it was known in my day), or Molly as the kids call it today. Possibly a similar stimulant but MDMA is my guess. The big tell is wide startled eyes with huge dilated pupils. Vague sweatiness, off putting intensity and pallor are secondary tells.
