He probably didn't get it at Tulsa because he appears to have been sick while he was there. Pretty clear he was seeing double or triple, "I saw with my own eyes that there were at least 16,000 people there."

I hope he suffers sufficiently enough that it actually changes his mind, and he then becomes an advocate for the proper science. Don't know what that amount is, but that is my hope..That he doesnt have to lose a lung, a leg, or his life to come to that revelation.
