Where To Buy 650C Tires???
Yes I still ride a 650c tri bike (1999 Cannondale MS800). It has actually been a really good bike. I need new tires and can't seem to find any descent tires. The only thing I have found is gator skins. Specifically looking for Michelin tires, does anyone know of a good website for them or an equivalent tire? Or maybe its time for a new bike.

Thanks Jaret, I knew you might have a good source. Whats the best tire for rolling resistance? Thats one reason I always liked Michelin Pro 4. They had good puncture resistance and rolling resistance combination.

The Pro 4 is a pig

Get the Schwalbe tires from Bike24 if available.

If you are in a pinch I have a stash of tires.

Nice bike, Ive had a couple around that series

Continental still carries a good 650c grand prix.... I found em great for training and racing, puncture proof too.... Either from thier site or on discount at shops. The folding version is slightly harder to get on without tyre levers

I have two brand new Michelin Ironman tires with red stripes in 650x23c that I can no longer use since I'm now on 700c. Send me a PM if interested. I'm in the US.

Those particular tires seemed fast to me. They were bigger than the pro3 and pro4

Those are the tires I have and like, however I am a fashionista and red does not go well with the blue and yellow bike. Thanks though. I am deciding between the Contis and Schwalbe. The lack of choices makes me concerned for the future. I may have to evolve to a new bike and 700 wheels. I am 5'10 so should probably be on 700's as it is.

I just brought my old tri bike with 650 wheels out to get reacquainted with it after not really riding it since 2009. Took it to a LBS in Grosse Pointe just yesterday and they have a resource for new tires. Because you use Ann Arbor in your name, you might be familiar with other shops in the proximity. I don’t know if I can name the shop on ST but should be easy to find.

Got any skinny 650c in that stash? Would like to find NOS in 19-20c for my HED tri-spoke.

Is there any research out there on the fastest 650c tire still in production? I've been running GP4000 on other wheels.

No coasting in running and no crying in baseball

I don't have any 20's. I do have a HED Trispoke but found the Bontrager RXL Aero TT to be the best tire for it. I haven't used that wheel in years.

I'm probably going to start letting go of my 650 stuff soon.

I've got four Michelin Hi-Lite Synergic 650x20s that I'll sell for $25 plus shipping. One is excellent, two are VG, and one has some trainer wear. All are folding, black tread with skinwall.

PM if interested. Great match for the H3 650 wheel.
