Fit Check - Please Critique!
Riding in aero is fairly new to me and still figuring out comfort and power considerations. I’m 6-6” so fit has been a bit of a challenge. Thanks in advance.

It looks like you're reaching at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Look at the height of your heel vs. ball.

I think that’s a product of not having a load. I’ll redo the video at race power later today. By reaching you’re suggesting seat may be too high, correct?

What's your crank arm length?

What saddle are you using?

You might want to try 155mm or 160mm cranks and an ISM type saddle to help rotate your hips.

Here is another sample at 85% FTP and with an ISM PN3.0 saddle which I use on my road bike. I don’t have shorter cranks to try.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Drop the saddle 15mm and move the LDS forward about 1 cm. Push your chest forward a bit and slouch into the armpad.

At 2m tall you've either worked hard on your bike purchase or been very lucky.
Your saddle could be a little high (as trent said 15mm) most of the rest is posture rather than adjustments. I like short cranks but with your leg length I can't see much benefit in going short.
Get some practice on the road and see how your ass feels on both saddles when you're working long or hard

Sounds like good advice - seems the bike is in the ballpark adjustment wise it’s more me at this point. I have lowered the seat and will ride later today working in posture. Thanks!

Thanks again for the feedback. This is where I landed and after a couple tough ladder workouts on the trainer it feels pretty good.

Ha! Back at ya. The Shiv was my first choice given the size of the XL vs other brands. However, it appears Spec won't make it anymore with the move to disc - I talked to someone there a couple times and couldn't give a definitive answer. Spent a few months looking for a used one but didn't find one I wanted.
