I am working on a designing a custom hydration solution for my bike with a 3D printed container that would store a water bladder.
Is anyone aware of a service/company that can create a water bladder based on custom specifications?
I’ve been down this road. Your best bet is to get a much larger bladder than you need, cut it, and sonic weld it back together in the size/shape you desire.
Im doing this for my dimond. But using a plastics company that specialises in inflatable products. As noted... over sizing a bit and fitting in the cavity is best. Not sure what your 3D printing but I can’t imagine you’ll get as much volume with a rigid product.
