I can’t see the photo but when in doubt, just replace it. A new tire is cheap insurance compared to a catastrophic blowout at speed.

Your pictures aren't working, but better safe than sorry. The rest of the bike, and the stuff in your noggin is worth a heck of a lot more than an intact tire.

Also can't see pics. If its cut through to the inside just patch the inside, or patch where where it would go through if that is a weak point and you want to feel better about it not failing there in the future.
