Looking at Trek Madone SL6 disc 56. No local trek shops in my area. I currently ride 56 Cervelo P5 disc and 56 Cervelo R5. Looking at treks website I’m 56 or 58; probably closer to 58. I am 6’ with 33” inseam.

I have a size 56 2017 trek madone h1 fit. I am also 6 foot with 33 inch inseam. I think it fits me perfect but I could be none the wiser. I bet you could make either work with modifications.
Just something to consider....56 comes with a short seat post and 58 comes with a long seat post. I have a 2020 Domane 56, frame fits but at the very top of seat post adjustment. 5’11 for reference. And yes, you can buy a longer seat post.
