New jobs are posted as "hybrid" (not remote). Preference is now for local candidates as they would be easier to come in. If after 20 days, no ideal candidates found or hired, then can post/look for folks to be remote.
Final round interviews are to be in-person.
New hire orientation now in-person only.
It's taken us about 1-3 months to fill open roles. I think this will add time to that if we have to arrange/fly folks in for final rounds.
