Thank you. So, post firmware update (Thursday), it it is not showing speed anywhere, including Zwift. Avatar just stands there. If I turn on treadmil and open NPE's recommended GymTrakr app, it is showing incline, but not speed. I have removed stickers, added stickers, changed sticker position. The sensor is 1 pencil width from the belt. I cannot think of what else to do. Zwift recognizes and sees the Runn as does the GymTrakr, but cannot pick up speed. I was communicating with Erin at NPE, but have heard nothing from her since mid-day Thursday when I told her that the firmware update may have killed speed for me. Second and totally apart from all of this, is when I pair the Runn w/ my Garmin 620 as a footpod the Garmin does not reflect treadmill pacing and instead shows crazy numbers (like TM set to 11 min miles and Garmin showing 15 min miles. So far a very frustrating experience.

Mailman just delivered Runn. Should I upgrade firmware before I setup?

My vote is yes... it fixed all my issues and now my Runn is consistent and seems accurate
