I'm 60 years old and a life-long runner. Did an Ironman a year for 11 years. Last full was in 2017. I am missing a nickel-size chunk of cartilage on the medial side of one of my knees and I haven't been able to run for over a year. I am now limping when walk. Trying to decide between a partial and a total knee replacement. Different doctors have different opinions. Anyone on ST have anything they can share to help me make the choice? Thanks.
