I bought it when it 1st came out. It is a bit corny, or maybe just a little too folksy. It does go over the basic priciples of aero positioning and I think it is very helpful. I do recommend it. I loaned mine out some time ago and it didn't get returned. I have no idea who has it, but if you see my copy please get it back to me!
