What are your guesses on the likelihood of Monterrey happening May 3rd? Is Mexico a few weeks behind the US in shutting everything down, or do you think the Mexican response will be more muted (race if you want to)?

Mexico is not behind. It postponed government sponsored races. (I race in TJ north Baja often). Private ones are still operating on their own terms. Need to understand government of Mexico, is different. Can't wait for Narcos season 3
