Is there a thread on here that discuses apps like paprkia, strongrfastr, lifesum, myfitnesspal, etc?

I am recently back into tris (after 10 years off). Last year I used myfitnesspal to help me track calories and lose weight I gained during that time.

I'm NO longer trying to lose weight, I think I'm mostly looking for something that helps me track intake of carbs and protein. Myfitnesspal focuses on your goal weight and calories. Thats not my focus so I'm not keen on using it again.

I know there is debate as to how much protein one needs and depending on what I read I'm either over or way under how much protein I need while in training.

I know some of these sites offer workout ideas and meal plan ideas and other stuff, but I don't care about that either.

I'd love to hear what some of you use and why.
