Cervelo vs Focus RAT axle, are they the same?

I'm hoping someone can definitively answer this question for me.

I have a focus CX bike that has a RAT through axle, 12x100, that seized and I snapped it apart. I have found that I can purchase a Cervelo RAT through axle, 12x100, which I am told is the same as the Focus. I don't have immediate access to one locally so purchasing online will be the easiest for me.

Are the two axles identical minus the name? Does anyone have access to both that can check?

Do you mean the part that I broke off inside of it? I need the axle that looks like a quick release.

I don't have the Focus one, but do own two Cervelo bikes with the R.A.T. and my understanding is that they are the same thing. Buy one, worse case return it, it's like $40

That's probably what I am going to have to do, was trying to save some hassle if someone randomly owned both bikes.

I replaced my RAT Axles with axles from Robert Axle Project.
Have to use an allen key, but so much better.

It's not a thread pitch question. The part that is adjustable is inside of the axle and there is no way I can get a tap extractor or anything else in there to move it. Click the picture I've attached above. I think we're talking about two different things.

Cervélo & Focus both belong to the PON Group .. Focus developed the R.A.T axle with a nose that can be closed and opened with a quarter turn [not a thread] and has a preload nut on the lever side .. there are different lengths for fw, rw, .. the rapid axle technology is the same .. https://www.focus-bikes.com/de_de/rat .. the language of the page is de_de from my location .. the pics are international ..

Just to put a bow on this in case anyone searches for this in the future.

Cervelo and Focus RAT axles function the same, have same overall length, but are NOT interchangeable. The Cervelo has a collar that doesn't allow the axle to seat correctly into a Focus frame. If you are in need of Focus parts in the US, they have a distributor that they can get you into contact with if you email the German HQ.
