I was first suspicious about chiropractors when, many years ago, I went to one and almost the first thing he offered me was a monthly schedule. "What", I said, "you're not going to cure me?".

Since then I've had better experiences, where the physiotherapy side of the business has helped me get over some bad injuries.
I've never been convinced by the adjustments that they seem to enjoy more than I do, although/because they only give temporary relief at best (and they certainly don't help fractures!).

For the last 2-3 years I've been doing yoga and, as predicted by the chiropractor I used,I haven't needed his services.

I used to go twice a year, kinda like the dentist, but I fell out of that routine - probably because I wasn't training so hard, and therefore not as banged up

My only problem with Chiros, are their stupid signs
