Protein Powder *type* suggestions?
Lately I've been experimenting with adding in protein powder after my sessions and have noticed that I don't binge eat so often. Great. So naturally, I resorted to what I used a few years ago---a hemp/pea/rice protein blend. However, that blend is a little unpleasant to digest.

Does anyone have any suggestions for style of protein (not necessarily brand... I buy in bulk from TrueNutrition)?

For reference, here's the one I've been using: https://truenutrition.com/...zer-formula-1lb.aspx

Would egg white protein cause less burps/unwanted fullness? Should I consider a whey isolate? Cricket protein?

Is there a particular brand of whey protein isolate that you like? I'm currently using The Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% whey protein isolate. It doesn't say anything about being grass-fed, but other than that it seems to check all the boxes, tastes good (double chocolate) and is easy to order off Amazon. However, it's the only one I've tried so I don't know if there are better options out there.

I'm in Australia and have been using this one for years. Personally I only eat grass fed animal products like beef, lamb and whey protein as that is their natural diet.

Huge fan of bsn whey isolate.

At hydrolyzed isolate level, its so broken down, id be stunned if grass fed matters.

I'm not comfortable with milk or most dairy... Hydrolyzed Whey isolate is no issue for me
