I had a chance to listen to some of Brown's testimony about Katrina. Good grief, what a weasel. To ear him tell it, you'd think he had just been putting on his cape, ready to swoop in and singlehandedly rescue NO, when he was sucker punched by DHS. Oh, he had all the answers at the time, and if only he could have done what he knew needed to be done, if only someone had listened to him, everything woulda turned out A-OK. Give me a break.
