Sports Nutritionist Cambridge/Boston area.

Hi all,
I'm helping my cousin prepare to his first marathon using the BarryP plan. He's reaching 60km per week since beginning with 35km.

He's starting to feel the necessity of an advise on how to fuel properly off and during training. He's on Cambridge/MA.

Any other advise on the topic is greatly appreciated also.

TY

No. He's just trying to avoid red meat.

Serious question: There's more than just "beef"?

I may have written it wrong. He's not trying to avoid, he's just eating more fish and chicken than beef.

I had a met test with Caroline and she helped me with nutrition on and away from the bike/swim/run. Also helped me dial in how many calories per hour I need for races.

She's in the Littleton, MA area outside of Boston. Worth every penny.
