They were a sponsor at my last IM (IMWA) which is a hot race (temps on the day peaked at 33 degrees). I trialed it in training and then on the day. Can't really comment on whether it did anything as my run turned a bit average in the heat. However, it was not that expensive and there seemed little downside to trailing it and using it on race day.
