Triathlete Workouts - Vancouver Downtown
For Vancouverites: I've worked with a trainer Samira for the last 3 years - it's been great! I no longer go to physio, or yoga (although I enjoy yoga) and am injury free. I had a best year in 2019 setting PR's across the board, despite increased business workload and reduced training time.

For 2020 Samira is taking on independent bookings so I bought a block. If anyone wants to sample some expert gym training shoot me a PM or email pjager@automationX.ca First introductory session I'll cover on my account. She is working out of Groundwork Athletics on Granville St - mornings, evenings and weekends too I think.

About Samira : SFU Kinesiology major, also has a B.Sc. degree. Along the way she's studied SBR for me plus she has lots of runners and cycling since she's a spin class leader. I'm super technical so she's given me all the info I need. Great variety in sessions and can pivot to address immediate issues (eg knee pain, hamstring, etc. ).

Movement and form is very important, and she's able to assess one's current state very well. If you need more info let me know.

Forwarding to my daughter and son-in-law who live in Vancouver. Both are signed up for a Ironman Canada.

Awesome - should note that two can workout at once comfortably.
Did that last week when my brother was in town.

For me, if there is a time & place and it's paid for I make sure to go and do it. Plus the guidance & course correction is invaluable.
