Critique my Fit
Fairly new to the triathlon world (long time marathon runner). Completed several sprints and the Augusta HIM last summer.

Interested in feedback on bike fit. Have tried to set the road bike up to be more aero...clip on aero bars, moving seat forward...

Thanks

what type of saddle is that?

i would prob:

1) lower saddle 1cm (maybe more)
2) push saddle forward 2-3cm
3) flip stem
4) move armpads further "out" 2-3cm

re-take video (set the camera about 1-2ft higher next time)

a) Disclaimer: amateur opinions below
b) you're in the zone. Good work so far.
c) jkay's points 2 and 4 above would go together. Upper body angles look comfortable, I wouldn't try to close them up or stretch them out.
d) Lower the front (stem flip) as is comfortable, but not if it compromises your ability to lower your head/turtle.

Take 2. Thanks for the feedback.

Lowered saddle about 2 cm.
Saddle is as forward as it can go now...probably moved another 2 cm forward
Stem has been flipped.
Moved clip on aero bars about 1cm out (pads were as far out as they could go).
Saddle is nothing special...selle royal classic mach2

Thanks
