High RHR, can't recover
I did miamiman aquabike half iron (2 moths ago) while a bit under the weather. 100 temp and HR would rise to 130 walking across the parking lot.

Since then my resting HR has been about 10 beats over normal and goes up significantly when I try to do the slightest jog.

Actions since then:
- Plenty of sleep
- Some stress through high-travel Thanksgiving weekend and planning/hosting Christmas party
- not so healthy eating
- Walks 2-3 times a day with dog
- some holiday stress with two small kids
- HR has rarely gone below 70 since the race. Before would regularly go below 60 while watching TV, sleeping, etc

I start a new job tomorrow but before that was working from home with low stress.

What can I do to final get back to the level I was? I don't have anything on the calendar until May but I hate all the fitness I'm losing.
