Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico - OWS?

Anyone ever been to Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico not far outside of San Juan (The Ritz Carlton resort). I'm wondering how OWS is there? Relatedly, how is the 'Rockerfeller Nature Trail' for running? Looks nice.

I have spent a week there Step off surfing. The beach in front of Goodwinds is a good beach area for OWS

Great, thank you! Don't need it to be amazing, was just concerned it was impossibly rough or they had a very small section roped off for swimming.
