Any other particulars? It is pretty tough to beat the HED Ardennes wheels. They are wide, light, and bomb-proof.

People say that the Fulcrum Racing Zero are the best alloy set that money can buy.

Any wheelset built with Aforce AL33 alloy rims with ceramic brake surface. They’re unbelievably awesome. You can get them from November wheels, or they’re sold a couple other places for custom builds. Super light, tubeless, near identical aero profile to a Zipp 303 and the absolute best braking I’ve experienced.

Why alloy and race wheelset in the same sentence ?
AForce Al33 are the most aero alloy rims. You can get lighter rims depending on your needs/race terrain profiles. Like the Velocity Quill or HED Belgium.
Campagnolo Shamal Ultra Two Way Fit are hard to beat as factory built wheels.
