I purchased a Vasa Erg a few months ago. Any recommendations on where to find workout sets? I've been searching the internet, but can't find a whole lot out there.

You’re not going to find much. Vasa has their own introductory plan which is nice.
I personally don’t think you’ll get much out of the vasa unless you have specific structured training versus just swimming pointless yardage.
I use 80/20 endurance training plans and do almost all my swimming on the vasa. When I switched to 80/20 I saw a good bump in strength and endurance.
