IMCDA back up?

Can somebody educate me, IM posted a teaser for "new race in PNW" with lat/ long in CDA area. People commenting on FB act as if this is something new, nothing but a marketing gimmick. Are they restarting IMCDA but making it sound as something new? Just curious. IMCDA was one of the long lasting races on the circuit that got canned not long ago. Thanks.

Yes, a full Ironman is returning to Coeur d' Alene. The plan is to rotate the Ironman North American Championships between 3 cities. On the two years where the city is not holding an full Ironman, it will have a 70.3 distance race in its place:
2020: St George
2021: Coeur d Alene
2022: ??? (not yet determined)
