Shimano Ultegra Di2 Adjustment Q
Having a bit of problem with my trek speed concept with di2. When I shift it into the easiest gear, it will stay in that gear for about 3-4 seconds before it automatically shifts one cog down in the rear. Very annoying when you are struggling up a nice steep hill.

Any thoughts on what adjustment I need to make to get this set?

Try adjusting the low limit screw to align the rd pulleys to that cog

What chainring are you using at the front when this happens?

I have it shifting in synchro so it will only go into the last couple upper cogs from the small chainring.

Yup - sounds like a textbook case of the low limit screw on the RD being too tight and not allowing the RD enough movement to shift into and stay under the largest cassette cog. If a DI2 RD detects too much resistance in moving to where it's been told to go it will move back to its previous position.

Other than the low limiter screw being too tight, you could also check the chain length. If it's too tight, it may also cause the derailleur to upshift.

Thanks everyone. After the comments on the low limit screw I googled how to adjust that and it sure seems like that has it fixed. Need to roll out side for a bit to verify but stayed in the easiest gear on the bike stand which is a good sign.
