I have them. I also have Giro techlace, and SLX. I choose the Surge Pro most often. Fit is true to size lengthwise and a touch narrow BUT not nearly as narrow as the Giro’s. You’ll want to over tighten them (think it has something to do with the synthetic upper material) but I’ve found just snug them and don’t touch. They are light but not the lightest and definitely stiff. Had no issues with discomfort. I prefer the slightly wider toe box than my Giro’s and the boa closures feel more secure than the techlace Velcro. If aero is a factor the boas seem like they must catch the wind. Would recommend!
