My triathlon coaching business has tripled this past year with word spreading and lots of podium attention. I am personally at max capacity, and I am looking to add another coach. I reside in (northern) California, and while I would prefer to hire someone in CA, I am open to other areas of the US.

Qualifications:
USAT Certified
Proficient in putting together annual training plans
Experience using Training Peaks
Experience using data-driven analysis (wattage, HR, etc.)
Experienced with Skype
