Be keen for some feedback on my position, it's a DIY job and I'm sure it's far from optimised.
The bike is a large Planet X Exocet 2, 170mm cranks, ISM PN1.1 saddle. Stem is 110mm and I believe there are 40mm of spacers under the pads currently.
The position is reasonably comfy and was good for a 5:06 bike leg on my first IM off 175w NP (22mph), finishing in 9:44 overall.
Be brutal.
