Help me pick my next bike

I'm looking for something aero and light. I can get a Colnago K One frameset for $3,000 (5.51lbs) or a Trek Speed Concept for $3,200 (7.9 lbs).

These are the numbers I was able to pull online, so hopefully they're accurate. I'm considering installing my SRAM Force groupset on the frame with my rim brake Flo 60's. I'm not sure what my total bike weight would be for each bike.

As well, I was curious as to how such a bike would stack up against the Canyon Speedmax, Cervelo P Series and QR PR4 Disc. In terms of Canyon, for full integration I'd have to go up to a 9.0, which is super expensive. The P series has the front cable exposed, of which I'm not a fan. Bike weight is about 19.5 lbs and it runs about $3,200. The QR will cost me $4,150 with a wheel upgrade. It is integrated, but I want something light and have no idea on the weight.

I'd like to keep my cost between $3,000 to $5,000. Preferences include aero frame, light weight bike, fully integrated and rim brakes.
