Got my first carbon wheels. Can I use these yellow Pedros lever on carbon wheelsets to remove/put on tires?

Sure- but try to install your tires with just your hands if at all possible. Be very gentle with your tire levers when needed- shouldn't require too much force if you have a properly sized tire + rim combo.
