For triathlete with a running power meter, I'm curious what your weekly run structure looks like. Care to share?

There isn't really a difference between a running with power plan and a pace plan that I've seen.
Power is superior to pace during elevation changes, so you hold power instead of hold a pace.

My plan for you: throw away “power meter” and go run.

my 80/20 plan offers either pace or power. this last training plan i did pace because im familiar with it. i have a stryd pod and i just use it for pace / cadence.
i decided to try out the power thing and im going to use it as my metric for running for the next training block. fingers crossed.
