Plasma 3 TT fit critique
After 2 years of not riding my tt bike a few weeks ago i rebuild it and got an old school fit (no retul or fancy tools), were we mostly changed pad stack and reach, seat height remained the same from my last fit done by a respectable fitter with the latest tools and whatnot. Fit feels good and there doesn’t seem to be a significant power lost. I feel I could decrease stack a few mm but I don’t know if it’s worth it. Next race is a 70.3 in 4 weeks.

Instead of decreasing stack (which I assume would be to get a lower head position/flatter back), looks like you should be increasing reach. You can get part of the way there by just putting your elbows on the cups instead of your forearm just past your elbow. Looks like you might run out of extension there though, can you lengthen those at all?
