Back at it again today, but slept pretty good last night. It is astounding that I can predict how I'm going to feel each day, by the amount and quality of sleep I get the night before. Guess that is why I don't plan anything until the day of anymore..)-;

My main set today was 5x400IM- coming in on 7:30-7:35, leave on 8:15 ~ 40 seconds of rest which is double of the Tallswimmer approved 15-20 seconds rest but I am literally going half his speed so I need twice the rest....and my 5x400IM takes me as long as him doing 8x400IM. So its roughly the same physiological load relative to my engine and technique. It's similar in scope to running 5x1 mile Daniels threshold repeats on a lunch workout, but in the pool (Daniels tooks his threshold mile repeats from swimmers anyway)

Last day of the challenge, but just couldn't bring myself to do a hard 50, so my challenge is in the books. No brainer workout today again, but at least I got in, as opposed to yesterday. Got my flu shot yesterday and either coincidentally felt shitty, or it had a minor effect.

100 easy 3500 total

Pace clock at pool has been broken for 10 days. Repeats with a watch no fun and long swims slower, without being able to check the clock.
