not certain how this relates to the typical athlete in that it was applied to a high fat diet. However, it is hard to really dig in to make comments or discuss without the full access paper which I can not get to read.

I'm still a little fuzzy on this, they are saying not to eat fruit, but ice cream and maple syrup?

2. Ignore anyone that tells you to avoid fruit
3. I have done experiments on 1000’s of mice, probably 10’s of thousands. Interpreting laboratory mouse studies and supplanting the results on humans can be very misleading.

That's the way I'm going to interpret it :)
