Here's the story. I've planned my season to peak at Eagleman in mid June. I just got an email this evening saying I got into the random drawing for Escape from Alcatraz (1 week before Eagleman). I'm an east coast guy, never been further West than Texas. What chance do I have of flying to Cali, racing, then recovering for the following weekend? I know some people say you should plan your 'A' races on subsequent weekends while others say that's crazy...
