Running Dynamics / Efficiency Metrics
Recently I have been getting into more research around Running Dynamics (stride length, cadence, etc. ) Does anyone have a helpful book or any other resource that dives into running dynamics?

Also, If anyone has been focusing on specific running metrics and have seen anecdotal results I’d love to hear about it.

so i focused a little on this a couple years ago, primarily reducing my stride length and increasing stride rate. I felt like I was having issues in my knees from overstriding and heel striking. What I found was that I felt like my efficiency went up, especially running up hills or from going faster. It just seemed to use less energy to have a high cadence when running. Also i stopped getting that sore, still, or inflamed feeling in my knees.

IDK if that helps at all, but thats my n+1
