How’ about long sleeve speed suit in ITU aquabike. Sleeves all the way to the wrists?

My understanding is that it depends on the distance.

If it's a sprint or standard distance aquabike, then the corresponding triathlon swimwear rules would apply (no sleeves beyond the shoulder in non-wetsuit swims).

If it's a middle or long distance aquabike, then the corresponding triathlon swimwear rules would apply (sleeves are permitted up to the elbow and knee in non-wetsuit swims).

My understanding is also that in no case are sleeves allowed to extend beyond the elbow or knees during non-wetsuit swims.

You can wear what you want underneath a wetsuit provided the swimwear material rules are followed.

But check with the ITU to be sure!

Much appreciated I should have said on the bike middle distance to the wrist ok?

That is my understanding as well what you said. sprint and Olympic no sleeves. Middle and long to the elbow ok.

Under wetsuit what you want.

On the bike not sure.

I will do as you recommend and check with the ITU

No swim skins in short course (1 suit rule) ITU events, only middle distance and longer.
