Is there a chart based on age group and pace- or just look at previous results?
I am doing a relay with friends and got put in a heat with Elites, M under 29 and Clydesdales.
As mid 40s female I don’t want to get pummeled but I also don’t want to have to pass a ton of people.
I’m guessing I will be in high 30s for time for 1.2 miles (have not been training this summer but swam a 30 last time I was training and did it. We are doing this for fun- not planning to be competitive- just supporting friends in their fitness journey).
