Critique my fit
Hey,

After 3 fit sessions in the past 3 years, due to long legs and short torso and me being a beginner triathlete - I think I have settled on a fit that I feel good at.

Would like to ask what do you think about it and if you see any obv. improvements.
The video is me pushing 95% FTP, looking forward as in riding outside.

In the past I had the front end lower but my knees hit my chest, so I moved to 165 cranks and lifted front end a bit.
Using Giro aerohead as a helmet.

Any insights will be very helpful.

Thank you,
Regev

I think you look pretty good, perhaps you could rotate the pelvis forward and relax your back to optimize your position some. Do you feel like you can generate power over an extended time in that position?

I'm doing all my trainer work in this position...
So yes it works ok power wise, and pretty comfortable.
What do you mean by tilting the pelvis forward? Is there a video explanation for that?

the pelvic tilt "issue" is exaggerated in the video but for the purposes of being clear(er).

you look cramped. this is where the pelvic tilt suggestion comes into play.

Looks intresting.. That would mean rolling forward even more - to do that do I need to take the saddle back?
