I'm in the process of treating some medial knee pain, probably due to weak glutes and/or hips and my physiotherapist advised me against running for at least a week.
Which brings me to my training tomorrow. I'd like to avoid skipping and he said I can bike without any issues and replace the running with an elliptical, but from a training stress purpose, what would you recommend?
a) Extend my bike to account for the missed 40min run?
b) do the bike as schedule indoor and jump to the elliptical for a 40 min session?
