I'm thinking of getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

Synthetic muscle has already been created and its pretty lightweight. I'll give it 10-20 years where you can put on a skin tight 5-10 lb full body suit and it will be able to triple your strength and could do more if the body could handle the stress.
I also suspect these suits will be like video chat; everyone will talk about it being the next big thing then when you try it, the opinion is 'meh'.
