80/88mm vs 60mm rear wheel
I'm currently running a 60mm wheel set and was interested in hearing thoughts on any benefit to be gained by changing out the rear wheel for an 80mm or 88mm for races. I currently average 20-22mph and ride on mostly flat roads. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

If you are thinking of upgrading, just jump all the way to a rear disc. That is the fastest solution, and if you are a ~22 MPH rider, you will love the extra speed.

Neither. Get a disc.

What about a Wheelbuilder disc cover versus a dedicated disc wheel?

That will work.

I just measured the distance between my spokes and cassette and I have less that 5mm, so the wheel builder cover will not work.

Disc on the rear and deeper on the front if you can handle it. A ~20mm difference on the rear won't make much of a difference

So, a disc it will be. I'm going to have to stick with the 60 on the front due to monetary constraints :-). Thank you all for the advice...much appreciated!
