Headlamp. I had one for night runs and letting the dogs out after dark. When I got into triathlons, I found it became a necessity for setting up transition early in the morning, for races that start with sun up.

New goggles. I find that I can always find a use for new goggles.

New paddles in a different style than you currently have. I like mixing it up a bit.

New pool towel. I have a Funky Trunks one that I LOVE.

Fun speedo prints. I have a couple of Arena ones that are pretty sweet, but I'll probably get something different next time. I like Funky Trunks designs, and MP has some neat prints.

box of wet wipes for the office, get rid of post-lunchtime workout stink.

I like the bar tape idea . . . I've been eyeing some Supacaz super sticky kush to match my road bike accent color.

A lightweight and bright headlamp is another good one. I've had several but really like my rechargeable Biolite right now.

A few water bottles, or maybe a nice insulated one for the summer days. I use so many of these and try to toss a few and replace each year before they get too gross.
